Meet Jennifer
I have over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and their families in a variety of school, residential, and outpatient behavioral health settings. I specialize in working with people who have ADHD/ADD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, Intellectual Disability or other Neurodevelopmental Disorders, Schizophrenia or Psychosis, as well as co-occurring trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, or other behavioral or mental health needs. I draw upon ACT, Solution-Focused, and Trauma-Informed methods in therapy. I like to work collaboratively and creatively with clients to meet their therapy goals, cope with challenges, and to live an authentic and meaningful life according to their own values and strengths. I look forward to talking to you, and offer a free phone or video consultation if you have questions about how therapy can help you or a loved one. Reaching out for help can be difficult, and I am dedicated to offering you a space where you can be heard and supported.
